Before you ask.

The questions we get most often, answered honestly.

Do I need to know my budget before getting in touch?

No, and "not sure yet" is a real answer on the form. But a range helps enormously: it is the difference between us proposing something we can actually build for you and us guessing. If you genuinely have no idea, say what the project is worth to the business and we will work backwards from there.

What does a typical project cost?

Most marketing sites land between $5k and $15k. Product work and design systems usually start around $15k and go up with scope. Anything under $5k is normally a single page or a focused piece of work rather than a full build.

Every proposal is a fixed price against a fixed scope, so the number you agree is the number you pay.

How long will it take?

A marketing site is typically six to ten weeks from kickoff. Product work runs longer and depends on how much needs designing versus building. We will give you a real date in the proposal, not a range that quietly expands.

Do you work with clients in other time zones?

Yes — we are remote-first and have worked with teams in fourteen countries. We keep at least three hours of overlap with your working day and put everything important in writing, so nothing depends on catching each other live.

Can you work with our existing developers or brand?

Often, yes. We can design against your existing brand, hand off to your engineers, or take on just the part you are missing. Say so in the brief and we will scope around what you already have rather than proposing to replace it.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a handover and thirty days of support. After that most clients keep us on a light monthly retainer for improvements and measurement, but there is no obligation — the site is yours, the code is yours, and nothing is locked to us.

We are not ready yet. Is it too early to talk?

No. Pick "just exploring" for the timeline and tell us where you are. Some of our best projects started as a conversation months before there was a budget attached.
